HR Coordinator
Position Summary
Primary Job Responsibilities
Recruiting Support:
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to help improve the hiring process and ensure timely staffing.
Onboarding Support:
- Manage and execute the new hire onboarding process, including preparation of offer letters, pre-employment paperwork, and orientation materials.
- Coordinate new hire welcome activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, compliance documentation, and other onboarding tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new hires, answering questions and ensuring all onboarding steps are completed.
General HR Support:
- Assist in the management of employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide general HR administrative support, including coordinating training sessions, employee events, and HR communications.
- Help with HR compliance tasks, such as filing and maintaining confidential records in accordance with legal and company policies.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
Other Duties:
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, time-off tracking, and employee inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and follow all ethical guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· 1-2years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related administrative support roles.
· Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and onboarding best practices.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
· Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance regulations is preferred.
· Positive attitude and a customer-service mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
