Demand Generation Manager
Position Summary
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and growth.
- Leverage channels such as email, paid media, webinars, and ABM strategies.
- Work closely with the content marketing manager to create and distribute high-value assets such as white papers, case studies, and webinars to attract prospects.
- Design and manage automated lead nurturing workflows to engage prospects throughout the funnel.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth handoff and follow up on inbound leads.
- Monitor progress on leads throughout the funnel and identify any sticking points that need to be addressed.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, targeting key accounts in close partnership with sales.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead flow, and ROI, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
- Align closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline goals, share insights, and refine strategies.
- Manage the demand generation budget efficiently, optimizing for cost per lead and quality pipeline.
What success looks like
Achieve measurable, predictable pipeline growth aligned with sales goals. The expectation would be to meet or exceed key performance indicators: Sales Qualified Leads (opportunities), efficient cost per lead, return on marketing investment, 40% marketing-generated pipeline contribution.
Demonstrate a clear connection between marketing activities and revenue outcomes.
Implementscalable demand generation processes as the company grows.
Executionof multichannel marketing campaigns on time and on budget that meet or exceedperformance benchmarks.
Innovating and experimenting with new tactics and channels that enhance demand generation efforts.
Build and scale account-based marketing program for high-value accounts, demonstrating measurable success with increased target account penetration and conversion.
Create a strong alignment with sales on target accounts, ideal customer profile (ICP), lead qualification criteria, handoff process, and lead follow-up process.
Maintain open communication, reporting, and feedback loops to improve campaigneffectiveness.
Providing detailed reports and dashboards on marketing performance, pipeline impact, and attribution.
Continuously test, learn, and improve based on data-driven insights.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a strong focus on demand generation.
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to report on and interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools.
- Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
